Happy 80th To the Legendary Dan Ingram!

The happiest of birthdays to the greatest Top 40 deejay ever, Dan Ingram. Dan, who turns 80 today, has long been acknowledged by the public and his peers as the best in his profession. Dan was on the air at powerhouse New York City radio station 77 WABC from 1961 to 1982 (for which he is probably best known) and WCBS-FM from 1991 to 2003, among other entities. To get a glimpse into Dan's incredible career as a disc jockey, announcer, and voice-over artist, check out this post on my sister blog, Laura's Oldies Connection.

Big Dan—thank you for the many laughs you've provided over the years and for sharing your wonderful talents with the world. A wonderful birthday to you, Kemosabe, and many more.
